Support Pop Up Clinics

Although one of our long term goals is to open a center of wellness, we thought we would fill in the gap by organizing pop-up clinics throughout our community.

These pop-up clinics will be one day events, located in different sites throughout our community.

This will allow us the opportunity to recruit practitioners, spread the word about our mission, and move forward with our mission in the short term.

This fundraiser will help to:

• Pay a practitioner for their services.
• Create educational material.
• Promote holistic wellness in our community.
• Host Pop-up clinics at local non-profits (Project Horizon, Hospice, etc.)

Community Well is organizing a planning meeting for pop ups this fall season. If you would like to attend, please fill out this Google form.
